To Our Families

Informational Bulletin on Funerals and COVID-19

Cremation Care of Georgia has diligently served our community and we will remain open during these unprecedented times. W e extend our appreciation to the health care community and all they are doing to protect us. Our hearts go out to those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and those burdened by the sudden changes a new reality has forced us to accept.

The safety of the families we serve, the community at large and our dedicated staff continue to be our top priority. Even prior to this pandemic, our commitment has always been to provide dignified services while fully complying with the standards set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). W e are closely following the directives provided by the Governor’s Office, the State Department of Public Health and the CDC to do our part in helping to slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). W e want to assure our families that even through these uncertain times, we will continue to provide unmatched professionalism and service during your time of need. As a national leader in funeral service, we have been on the forefront of implementing the latest technologies to enhance our services and we will be utilizing these advancements now more than ever to stay connected with our friends and family around the world.

If a death has occurred or may be impending, we are here to support you. We can still honor life, support our loved ones, grieve and heal together. Every family will be accommodated and our licensed directors are here to serve you in-person or virtually if you are unable to visit one of our locations. As trained professionals, we understand unsettling circumstances can cause a sense of heightened anxiety, especially during the grieving process. W e will continue offering our grief counseling online and are available to assist you in any way we can. To register for our upcoming grief workshops, please email us at [email protected].

We pray for our community, our leaders and the families we serve worldwide and will continue to stand by you as we always have. Contact us today if you have any questions or concerns regarding how our family can serve yours.

Sincerely,

Dr. Gregory B. Levett, Sr., CFS
